In December 2019, the Caldes de Montbui City Council decided to promote a housing building for young people with the ambition of becoming an emblematic public work for its capacity for innovation in social and environmental terms. This pilot will explore four main challenges: sustainable construction, redistribution of opportunities, participatory co-production and open source dissemination of all the knowledge collected by the experience.

This platform will support the entire participatory process in relation to the construction of these homes.
